Wilbur the Coton De Tulear and Poppy the Cavaton have their forever homes.
Wilbur went to his home a few weeks ago and he has been on a trip and even has his own Instagram!
Poppy is getting ready for her big adventure this Friday and she is leaving for the Pacific North West!
Cannot wait to see how her life is going to unfold as well.
