We, Southern Royalty Pet Designers, Brittany Henson or Holly Henson. Do agree that the puppy you have purchased from us is in good health and has had a veterinarian check-up and current on de-worming and vaccinations at the time of purchase.  If by 48-HOURS  of purchase your veterinarian has found the puppy to have an unknown congenital health problem and indicates that the puppy will need extensive medical care or either pass-away.  Return the puppy to us.  Within ONE YEAR any unknown congenital defect should be discovered, the puppy should be returned to us and examined by our veterinarian.  In this case we will replace the puppy with another puppy that will come available by our facility.  No money refund will be available.  In all cases after the initial purchase the veterinarian expenses will be covered by the buyer.  Also, we will not refund any shipping or travel expenses.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to keep your puppy current on all vaccinations and de-worming.  It is also the buyer’s responsibility for puppy potty training and obedience training.  Puppies need proper feeding with a good food, we recommend “Taste of the Wild”.  They need love, consistency, companionship and exercise.  Please be responsible this is a dog’s life long responsibility.
