Twinkle and Arthur are the proud new parents of two handsome little boys Willie and Wilbur and one little girl (spoken for). They were born April 11th and they will be ready on June 5th to go to their new homes. A little about the proud parents. New Mama Twinkle is an adorable Frisky petite 7lb silver and white CKC Reg Coton de Tulear. The Daddy Arthur is a solid white curly coated 12lb CKC/APRI Reg Coton DeTulear.
